Facility Waiver & Rules

Registration Requirements

All dogs must be pre-registered with verified documentation prior to their first visit. The following are mandatory for registration approval:

• Proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) — see vaccination table below
• Dog must be spayed or neutered
• Dog must be free of communicable illness and external parasites at the time of all visits
• Owner must provide valid contact information including name, address, phone, and email

Vaccination Requirements

The following vaccinations must be current and on file. Outdated records will result in denied entry until updated proof is provided.

Just Nai will periodically review vaccination records on file and notify owners 30 days before expiration. It is the owner's responsibility to maintain current records.

Entry & Exit Rules

• Dogs must be kept on leash from vehicle to facility entry and from facility exit to vehicle.
• Once inside the designated off-leash area, dogs may be unleashed.
• Handler must check in at the desk upon arrival and check out upon departure.

Handler Responsibilities

• Handler must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Dogs cannot be left unattended.
• Handler is responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of all dog excrement immediately.
• Handler is liable for their dog's behavior, including any injuries caused to other dogs or people.

Prohibited

• No food of any kind inside the facility (this includes dog treats and human food)
• Dogs showing signs of illness, injury, or aggression will be asked to leave
• Dogs with visible fleas, ticks, or parasites will be denied entry
• No more than three dogs per adult handler per visit

Membership Terms & Cancellation

• Cancellation: Members must provide 30 days advance notice to cancel. Memberships will not be pro-rated.
• Final billing: Upon cancellation notice, the subsequent billing cycle will be processed and will be the final charge. Access continues through the end of that paid period.
• Limited membership visits: 4 visits per calendar month. Unused visits do not roll over to the following month.
• Day Pass: Available exclusively to out-of-state visitors. Registration fee still applies.
• Re-registration: A $25 re-registration fee applies for returning customers who cancel their membership and later choose to resume membership.

Liability & Release

By registering and visiting Just Nai Indoor Dog Park, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You assume all risk of injury to yourself, your dog(s), and your property while on the premises.
• Just Nai Indoor Dog Park, its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from your dog's behavior or the actions of other dogs or patrons.
• You are solely responsible for any damage caused by your dog(s) to the facility, equipment, other dogs, or other people.
• You confirm that your dog is in good health and to your knowledge does not pose a health or safety risk to others.
