Common Questions

What happens if I want to cancel?
Memberships require 30 days advance notice to cancel. Your membership will not be pro-rated — but the subsequent billing cycle after your notice will be your final charge, and you'll retain access through the end of that paid period.
Can I bring multiple dogs?
Yes. No more than 3 dogs per handler are allowed in the park at any time. All dogs on your account must be individually registered with current vaccination records on file.
Can a handler leave their dog unattended?
No. A handler must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Dogs cannot be left unattended under any circumstances.
What happens when my dog's vaccinations expire?
Just Nai monitors vaccination expiration dates and will notify you 30 days before a vaccination expires. If records are not updated by the expiration date, your dog will be flagged and denied entry at check-in until updated proof is submitted.
When does billing start?
Monthly membership billing begins once your registration is approved and vaccination records are verified. The $25 registration fee is paid upfront at the time of registration.
Can out-of-state visitors get a membership?
Yes. They follow the registration process like everyone.
What are the operating hours?
We're open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on Wednesdays.
